SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipment of packages
Packages are dispatched within 24-48 hours (working days) of receipt of payment, via our trusted transport companies. The transit time for packages sent to mainland Spain is 24-48 hours (working days) (for large packages the time may be longer). For deliveries to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or international shipments, the transit time of the package is approximately 7 days (working days). If you prefer registered delivery, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us before requesting this option.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as postal charges. Handling fees are a fixed price, while transport fees may vary depending on the total weight of the package and the shipping address. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each one individually. We have a careful packaging process with good parcel protection to ensure that the items arrive in good condition.
If you wish to return items purchased on our website, you may do so within 14 days of receipt of your order. To make a return you need to have the item in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted without your order number. Return postage costs are to be borne by the customer.

In case of receiving the products in bad condition, we will replace the products without any additional cost or we will refund the full amount of these. Second claims will not be accepted. No claims will be accepted after 3 months from the date of purchase.

Rules for the correct return of goods
Remember that you must accompany your order with a copy of the delivery note, purchase receipt or invoice.
In the case of international shipments, you must also indicate the tracking number assigned by the transport company.
Bud Life CBD will not be responsible under any circumstances for shipments confiscated by customs or similar entities. Please contact the authorities in your country for further information.
Returns are handled on a preferential basis.
Cancellation of orders
If you decide to cancel your order after you have completed your purchase, you may do so free of charge and without giving any reason, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact us by telephone or email (Tel. +34 610 992 296 / email: firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once 24 hours have passed and if the order has left our premises, the cancellation will no longer be possible. To return the order, it will have to be done once it has been received and following the return conditions mentioned above.
Refunds for returns, complaints or order cancellations will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer when placing the order.
